3. Project content:

1、Prepare and submit feasibility study results (feasibility study reports for 3 projects、Estimated、Album)；2、Prepare and submit preliminary design results (design reports for 3 projects、Budget、Album)；3、Based on actual needs later，Complete the revision of relevant results、Changes and other work。

four、Construction period requirements: from the effective date of contract signing until the project obtains design budget approval。

5. Registration conditions

1、Registered in the People’s Republic of China、A legal person or other organization that independently bears civil liability；The service provider has a valid business license、Tax Registration Certificate、Organization code certificate (or a business license with three certificates in one)；The service provider has Grade B or above land planning qualifications；The project leader designated by the service provider has the title of intermediate engineer or above；Service provider is on staff、Equipment、Have corresponding guarantee capabilities in terms of funds and other aspects。
