The "Land Engineering and Human Settlements Environment Technology Innovation Center" (hereinafter referred to as the "Center") jointly built by Shaanxi Land Engineering Construction Group and Xi'an Jiaotong University，Will integrate the superior resources of both parties，Promote the concept of “land consolidation+”dafabet login，Promote modern agriculture through land consolidation、Comprehensive land development、Comprehensive watershed management，Promote ecological restoration and management and overall improvement of regional ecology，Achieve ecological benefits、Unification of economic benefits and social benefits。

In order to make full use of and give full play to the resource advantages of scientific and technological research in universities and the market advantages of enterprises in transforming scientific and technological achievements，The center establishes an open fund。Land improvement project、Contaminated site (brownfield) treatment and redevelopment、Improving the quality of human settlements and other areas are key support directions，Promote scientific and technological progress in the fields of land engineering and human settlement environment construction，Making the center an innovative research base for land engineering and human settlement environment construction、Development base and promotion base。The center is now soliciting projects from domestic and foreign scholars engaged in land engineering and human settlement environment construction。The specific notice is as follows:

1. Funded research directions

(1) R&D and application of high-standard farmland green construction technology under the "double carbon" goal

(2) Research and application of comprehensive land consolidation and improvement of human settlement environment under the goal of rural revitalization

(3) Research and application of rural three-life space optimization technology in the context of territorial spatial planning

(4) Research and application of key technologies for ecological restoration under the goal of pure land engineering

(5) Ecological restoration mechanism and application of mountains, rivers, forests, fields, lakes, grass and sand in the Loess Plateau of northern Shaanxi

(6) Prevention and control of salinity-alkali degradation of cultivated land and restoration of fertility

(8) Mechanism of rural revitalization under the goal of common prosperity、Research on paths and countermeasures

2. Application requirements

(1) Applicants must base their research direction on funding，Aiming at basic research or applied basic research，Declaration for open fund project，Funding 1~2 projects in each direction，Research period is 2-4 years。For details of the key research content, please refer to the "2023 Shaanxi Land Construction-Xi'an Jiaotong University Land Engineering and Human Settlements Technology Innovation Center Open Fund Project Guide" (Attachment 1)。

(2) Project applicants should generally have senior professional titles or above (or equivalent professional and technical positions) or have a doctoral degree；Other applicants must have recommendations from two experts with senior professional titles (or equivalent professional and technical positions) or above；Young researchers are encouraged to apply。

(3) Applicants and key members of the project team shall not apply for more than one project。

(4) Applicants are encouraged to conduct cooperative research with the scientific research team of Shaanxi Land Engineering Construction Group，And specify the cooperative research plan in the application form。

3. Declaration method

Before April 9, 2023，Applicants need to fill in the "Shaanxi Land Construction-Xi'an Jiaotong University Land Engineering and Human Settlements Technology Innovation Center Open Fund Project Application Form" (Attachment 3)，And send the electronic version of the application form and related attachments to the center’s mailbox (signature and seal are not required for the time being)。
