5. Provide information for registration

1． Legal person’s power of attorney and authorized person’s ID card、Business license (three certificates in one)、Account opening license。Among them，The business scope of the business license must include software development or software sales。

3． Suppliers who are agents must have a letter of authorization from the manufacturer of the invested product for this project。

4. The supplier’s registration place is not in Xi’an，Must have a branch in Xi'an or have a permanent service team，Must provide branch business license or provide guarantee letter of resident service team。

5． Provide at least three copies of similar performance data in the same industry in the past three years in the form of a contract。

6. Provide financial accounting report for the previous year (including at least a balance sheet、Income statement)，Or the credit certificate issued by the bank where the basic account is opened。
