four、Registration conditions: Units that specialize in land consolidation projects and have relevant engineering construction experience or have experience in water conservancy and hydropower、Municipal housing construction、Highway construction general contracting unit with level three (including level three) and above qualifications。The project manager needs to have water conservancy and hydropower skills、House construction、Or Municipal Public Engineering Grade 2 or above registered construction engineer qualification。
