1.3Purchase content: Hot spring hotel、Garden Restaurant、Teaching building and four three-star hotel furniture、Guest room appliances (TV、refrigerator、Hair dryer、Hot water bottle) safe、Curtains、Linen、Miscellaneous consumables, etc.。

2.Tender scope: all contents specified in the procurement list and related documents。

3.Qualification requirements: Enterprise legal persons and their branches registered in the People’s Republic of China with the ability to independently bear civil liability，Has legal business rights。

The furniture registration unit must be a furniture manufacturer with corresponding business scope，Suppliers must provide ISO9001 (quality management system certification)，ISO14001 (environmental management system certification)，ISO18001 (occupational health system certification)；

Guest room appliance registration units must provide ISO9001 (quality management system certification)，ISO14001 (environmental management system certification)，ISO18001 (occupational health system certification)，The bid products must meet the qualification standards required by the current relevant technical specifications of the country or industry；

Curtains、The linen registration unit must provide the authorization letter issued by the manufacturer of the invested product for this project (the manufacturer dafabet mobile appdoes not need to provide it) and the after-sales service commitment letter，Product corresponding test report。

4.1Information required for registration: Business license (copy)、Introduction letter from the unit、Power of attorney、ID card of authorized person、Account opening license、Manufacturer’s after-sales service commitment letter、A copy of the original and a copy (with official seal) of the special requirements for each contract content in the performance and qualification requirements of similar projects and submit relevant product information。

4.2Registration time: May 26, 2020-May 30, 2020 (8:30-12:00 daily；13:00—17:30）。

4.3Registration location: Cost Control Department, 19th Floor, Shaanxi Land Engineering Construction Group, No. 7 Guangtai Road, High-tech Zone, Xi'an。
