4. Registration and provision of information

2. Provide an after-sales service commitment letter for this project;

3.Legal representative participating in the bidding，You need to provide a copy of your ID card and present the original ID card；The legal representative authorizes others to participate in the bidding，A power of attorney for the legal representative must be provided and the original ID card of the authorized person must be presented；

4.Provide at least three copies of similar project performance in the past three years in the form of a contract or a bid winning notice；

5.Provide financial audit report for the past year (at least including balance sheet、Income statement、Cash flow statement)，Or credit certificate issued by the basic account opening bank。

6.Provide ISO9001 (quality management system certification)、ISO14001 (environmental management system certification)、ISO18001 (occupational dafabet mobile apphealth system certification)，Shaanxi Province Gas Appliance Registration Certificate、Environmental protection industry registration certificate (smoke exhaust system、Oil fume purification system)。

Provide two copies of the above information with official seal and submit the original for verification。
