5. Registration conditions:

1. Registered in the People’s Republic of China、Manufacturer with independent legal personality，And has the supply and installation capabilities corresponding to this bidding project；

2. Applicants must provide a valid corporate legal person business license and their basic account opening license；

3. Legal representative authorization letter，ID card of legal representative and authorized person (legal representative bids directly，Only need to provide their ID card)；

4. Manufacturer has ISO9001 quality management system certification、ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification、Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification；

5. Applicants must have the "Special Equipment Installation, Modification and Maintenance License (Elevator)" qualification certificate；   

6. Applicants must provide the "Special Equipment Manufacturing License (Elevator)" from the elevator manufacturer；

8. Provide similar performance information in the past three years;
