The party attaches great importance to cultivating and selecting female cadres and cadres from ethnic minorities.

Article 34 The party’s leading cadres at all levels must exemplaryly perform the various obligations of party members stipulated in Article 3 of this Article，And must meet the following basic conditions:

Party members who seriously violate criminal laws must be expelled from the party.
