5. Registration conditions:

(4) Requirements for main personnel of the proposed project:

① General contracting project manager: must have the professional qualification of a registered architect of level two or above or the professional qualification of a registered constructor of level two or above of construction engineering，Have a valid safety production assessment certificate，Register in this unit，And not serving as project manager for other projects under construction、Construction manager；

② Design person in charge: The proposed design person in charge must have a registered architect qualification of level two or above；

(6) Applicant credibility requirements

②The applicant shall not be listed as a restricted actor in bidding for the construction of integrity platforms at all levels where the project is located；

③Applicants shall not be included in the list of serious illegal and untrustworthy enterprises in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System；

④If a consortium bids, the above requirements include all parties to the consortium.
